Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original box with all protective padding, manuals, and accessories included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
